Can anyone on here help me understand my results from Arman labs.
Borelia b. Full Antigen 4SI
Borelia b. OSP- MIX 2SI
Borelia burgdorferi LFA-1 2SI
Hematocrit 45,10 % should be between 35,00 and 45,00
MCV 98,90 fl should be between 80,00 and 96,00
MCHC 30,20 g/dl should be between 32,00 and 36,00
5T cells CD3 + 83,42 should be between 62,00 and 80,00
5T cells CD3+ (absolute) 2837/ul should be between 900 and 1900
Borrerlia igG-/ Him seraspot all negative.
At the end it stated that the Elispot test indicate current celluar activities against borelia burgdorferi??

I'm so confused.

Hi Amo2018 - welcome! You haven't posted the ranges that should be shown on the report.
But, I see you have a 4SI for Borellia b. Full Antigen. That is in the "positive" range.
I think the 2SI on the other two tests is also considered a 'weak' positive.


If you have history/symptoms of lyme disease...this test result confirms it.

Thanks for responding girlie, much appreciated. I looked back in report and I did put the ranges of the ones that were elivated or low. U don't know if i put them in the right context. I left all others out because they were in the normal range. Tia

Beside the result...isn't there a range showing what is negative, what is positive?



for example

result 2SI ........ < 2 = negative ........ 2-3 = weak positive ........ 4 = positive


(or something like that)

I didn't get the bloods to test for co infections as I wanted to see if it was positive first. Would to recommend getting them done? As I have all symptoms of babesia.

Seek out a lyme literate Dr.


We can help you - start a new thread with the title: “Looking for LLMD in/near _____” and fill in the blank with your location.

If you prefer to do non Pharma - then substitute LLND in the title .

Then educate yourself - read posts and ask questions here - lots of knowledge and support here.

Pharma is antibiotics

Non-Pharma is herbals... etc
