Looking for LLMD-Mich/Ohio/Chicago/Pittsburgh

I am looking for a good LLMD anywhere in michigan, ohio, chicago, or pittsburgh area. I live in an area kind of central to all of those, only a train-ride from chicago area, and go to school near pittsburgh. I am absolutely willing to travel for a really good LLMD who has actually helped people. thanks all!
