ESR (Erythro-Sedimentation Rate) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein) are generally used to detect inflammation in the body, CRP also is used to test for autoimmune diseases along with a battery of other autoimmune tests (such as Anti-CCP, ANA, etc.) That's a normal result.
I've had all these tests done right after Bart and found clear. Even if you feel a bit of inflammation (like I did), it doesn't necessarily show up in CRP, but it may show up as a slight elevation in your ESR, which is normal.
