I totally agree, Georgia. Unfortunately, I didn't get a list of permissible foods. It would appear that all other vegetables and non-smoked, non-cured meats like beef, chicken, fish, etc. would be what remains. (Although, I think you and I agree about
not eating a lot of meat.) Some fats like avocado and olives seem okay.
This is certainly
not a long-term diet, if used at all. I hesitated to even mention it, but lately there have been some posts from people dealing with some severe food allergies/intolerances. So, I figured if they're in that bad of a place, something like this wacky diet might be worth a trial run.
But, if/when they improve, they should move to a healthier, sustainable diet and re-introduce the healthier foods on the list, such as Brazil nuts, Brussels sprouts, Onions, etc.
