Gasping for air...dizzy..faint feeling

Daily shortness of breath.. dizziness.. feeling faint... so what is it?? Lyme.. Babesia... Candida.. How to we know.. how do we stop it??? 50% of the day spent with these dibiltating symptoms... can't even eat hardly... eating makes the shortest of breath turn to Gasping for air... or standing for long periods... Blood Pressure Drop??? Why knows?? Suggestions please...

Everything online suggestions Lyme carditis.. and such.. but 12 visits to Cardiologist say No!!! Unless their missing something...

Maybe it's partly (or all) from POTS? Post Orthostatic Tachyardia Syndrome?

Caused by the autonomic nervous system being infected.

dizziness, shortness of breath/air hunger, worsening upon standing...sounds like POTS from Bartonella or Babesia or both. I would get tested for them along with lyme.
