Anyone here recommend a good magnesium malate brand?and how many mg do you guys take?

I use Pure Encapsulations and I take between 200-400mg nightly. I've been taking this dose for years, pre-Lyme. Other advice I've received is "Take as much Magnesium as your bowels can handle." LOL!

Any msg that ends in ate is decent. Malate and glycinate are similar both better than citrate.
