Burning mouth, hands, feet symptoms

Hi,
I'm a 35 y/o who is 9 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding still (almost every 2-3 hours still). I'm IgM CDC positive for bands 39 and 41...also high IgG titers for EBV, HS1, Bartonella, and Mycoplasma. Anyways I was taking Samento Banderol for 8 months prior to getting pregnant and then stopped once pregnant. I did not treat while pregnant (actually miscarried on prescription antibiotics so I didn't take anything thereafter).

A couple months ago, my lyme doc said it was okay to start semantic banderol up again. I did, but stopped after a month (only at 9 drops) because my burning hands and feet became intense. Then 1 week later, my throat felt like it was burning which led to burning mouth as well which is awful. I also have other neuro symptoms as well: weird paresthesias on the left side of my body where my left ear, left shoulder, left side of leg feel like a lack of sensation but i can still feel them (get it in my thighs sometimes too). Clothes irritate my skin. Vertigo, off balance, dizziness, blurry vision, shaky vision at times (but right now these are okay and it's the burning that's bothering me more). So basically a lot of neuro symptoms. Can Lyme cause burning mouth too? Is it related to the burning I get in my hands in feet? Or is it hormonal because burning mouth tends to happen more so in post menopausal women and my hormones are off due to breastfeeding and lack of sleep (still getting up at night every 2-3 hours with little one.

Also, sometimes my feet get itchy tingly as well and one doctor said histamine intolerance? I have a past history with SIBO as well. Also been having anxiety,depression over all of this. How do you know what's Lyme, viral, food intolerances, histamine, mold?? It's very overwhelming and it's so hard to navigate this when I'm exhausted and have to care for an infant with no other family nearby to help. Plus my Lyme doc has been shut down to treat and now I need to find a new one. Basically any advice on burning palms, feet bottoms, and now mouth?

Yes, I was treating prior to pregnancy.

I’ve read that cord testing is inaccurate because it would show my blood antibodies? Not sure if this is true for sure.

My LLMD told me to not worry about bartonella becaus most people’s immune systems keep it in check. Hmm.

But do you think the burning in the mouth is from infection or is it some kind of mast cell activation going on? Allergy to something? So tricky!

Sorry - I see in your first post that you were treating prior to pregnancy.

Cord testing is the standard - I’m surprised your LLMD did not suggest you get it done.

The test is a pcr test (not antobodies) and a positive means infection - as the DNA of the bacteria is seen.

If you passed the infection on to your baby (since you weren’t treating while pregnant) then you will want to know and have your baby evaluated by a Pediatric LLMD - you do not want an infection to go unchecked/untreated for years.

Yes, I will be finding a new LLMD as mine had his practice close.
