Mold die off rash and insomnia

The sumps im taking are both antifungal and antiparasitic. But, my main issue is mold exposure and it get rashes all over no matter what antifungal I use. It is goes away quickly in like an hour but its bright red and spotty and I get it on my forearms, inner thighs, calf's.

Ljohn23 - what meds are you taking for mold? Are you taking any binders? You may be having a detox issue where you are stirring up mycotoxins and your body has trouble detoxing mold in the first place.

Binding the mycotoxins so your body can dispose of them is the most important thing you can do with mold Illness (outside of removing yourself from the moldy environment). I highly suggest you read Dr Neal Nathan's Mold and Mycotoxins which is available at Amazon as an ebook. Very helpful info. Yeah I grew up around mold. Its not a detox problem for me. I detox pretty easily and feel better soon after the rash and slight sleeping is gone. I really just want to know if the rash is from the mold die off? Binders from wharf I've heard help with the toxins of mold, but don't remove the actual mold from the body. Antifungals have helped me tremendously.
