Ok, I have been using bottled distilled water for mixing herbs in and cooking with. I have been drinking Deer Park spring water.
I just stumbled across something on the internet that alert
ed me that distilled water still has chlorine and other heavier weighted VOCs in it and gave the impression that bottled purified water was better.
I have had bottled purified water before and thought it tasted like chemicals. I assumed that chemicals were used to “purify” the water.
Now I am so confused. I have been taking Microbe Formulas Biotox which has fulvic/humic acid. It’s not supposed to be taken with tap water, as it has a harmful reaction with chlorine. I was taking it with distilled or spring water thinking I was avoiding chlorine.
What am I supposed to be using with meds/enemas? For drinking water?
Note: I cannot use a big berckey, RO house system, etc where I’m living. Needs to be available at a grocery store or a small pitcher type filter.
Please help me figure this out. Thank you.

I use tap water with a Brita filter - and alternate it with bottled water because I can’t mske up my mind about
which are better...
So I’m constantly questioning it.... amongst other things .

If that were true about
chlorine in distilled water, wouldnt using it for batteries and machines not work?

Purified or spring water is good, and cheap. Aquafina has the least fluoridated bottled water FWIW, and Arrowhead has the most fluoridated. Alkaline is good but expensive. Distilled shouldn't be had in large quantities so I've heard.

I drink distilled water. Here in Australia the so called spring water in the supermarkets is apparently distilled water with added minerals.
My distilled water can smell like chlorine. My brother is a chemist and he said to boil the water in a jug and let it cool before drinking it. The chlorine smell in the water goes, this way - so it works.
