I hope you can find some relief soon! chronic headaches are the absolute worst, I had continuous crushing headache for over 10 years and it was absolutely brutal and never let up (although it did wax/wane). I often found lying down helped take the edge off, along with icing the back of my head to distract from pain.
Dr Spector posted an article about
cerebrospinal fluid leaks and headaches a little while back. Quoting his post:
"I am beginning to wonder how many folks with chronic symptoms form Borrelia/Bartonella infections may have symptoms related to CSF hypotension. Imagine, POTS can be a manifestation of CSF leak syndrome. You don't need to have had an LP or suffer from postural HAs to have this problem. It is scary!! I am not implying that a Borrelia or Bartonella infection is not the underlying cause, simply saying that if round after round of antibiotic that doesn't resolve your symptoms, you might consider evaluation for a CSF leak and a different treatment approach. It turns out Duke has one of the best CSF leak clinic in the world."

I just throw that out there.
