It feels like a pressure increasing upper sternum and then bump!!! A heavy extra heart beat that make you feel dizzy.... Anyone? It's some kind of aortic vasospasm.

Have you had your heart checked by a cardiologist since this started?

those extra/slipped beats are somewhat typical of TBD..its likely an arrhythmia. if you have heart concerns, see a cardiologist for echo and 24-hour halter monitor. the echo would identify any structural issues, and the 24-hr monitor would identify PACs, PVCs, or any block related issues
