I am looking at IV abx for 8 months or so to clear my lyme. I was wondering your exleriences with it, where you got it from etc. Thanks for any info

Get the 30 page booklet "Infusion for Lymies" off the web for free. Lots of good info and easy to read. Infusion America in FL use to have the best prices for Rocephin and IV supplies. I had a local infusion lab supply everything and send a home nurse out weekly for bandage changes and check vitals. She also took blood for CBC and CMP labs every other week. My insurance covered everything 100% after I hit my deductible.

good luck... Normally I say IV Rocephin should be used only for the most extreme/severe cases, or for patients that cannot tolerate any oral abx due to gut issues. Also take Actigall to protect gall bladder.

I'm only 4 weeks in and haven't felt much different so not sure if it's because I haven't been at it long enough or not. The picc insertion was not painful and went smoothly and so far so good with the line being in good shape. I've gotten use to it and it is not uncomfortable.

If progress is slow consider that a co-infection is holding you back. Must treat babs or bart first and in parallel with Lyme treatment. I never would try to treat bart and babs at the same time using targeted ABX protocols, but for herbals there are a wide range of options that can help with treating all three at same time.

i got lots of inflammation reduction but used with bvt . pulsed for over a year with zith
