Lion's mane has got to be the most delicious tasting mushroom I've ever had the honor to eat. It really does taste kind of like lobster or even better. The consistency is definitely lobster-ish.
It definitely helps with brain fog comparable to Gingko biloba.
It also cleanses your guts really good. So make sure to eat it for breakfast or lunch and not later.
Also drink plenty of fluids.
Keep in mind it has the potential to cause a herx so have your detox meds ready.
I wouldn't recommend any capsules. Try to order a living lion's mane specimen online at your favorite mushroom shop.
Lion's mane recipe:
Add fresh onion, butter, salt and pepper
Chop up the fresh lion's mane into small pieces (start with about
1 handful of lions mane)
Add to pan
Add some parsley
Simmer at low temp for a minute or two
Done
Enjoy one of the best tasting mushrooms plus it's really healthy.
This way you should be able to harvest a handful of lion's mane every couple of weeks.
