Szabo,
I honestly don’t know what to do for, but I did have that pretty bad when symptoms went full-blown at the onset of a bronchitis infection. I had chest tightness, tightness across the ribs under the breast from one side to the other and air hunger/shortness of breath with normal oxygen levels. It’s maddening when you look normal based on medical evaluation and feel like you’re dying.
When all that was going on, I didn’t yet know about
Lyme/co. I went to a pulmonologist who prescribed steroid inhalers used for asthma for one month, which knocked it back about
85% (not recommending steroids). It started to come back about
a month later but never got as bad again. about
a year later, I learned mold was making me sick and fled my home and workplace.
I have had some chest tightness return on occasion in the past 4 years since then, and don’t know if it’s from mold, babesia, bartonella, parasites, mycoplasma, or chlamydia pneumonia.
Bidens pilosa may help with this.
You could also try a month of antiviral protocol with equal parts lomatium, licorice, and isatis (check contraindications on those). Lomatium in particular is good for lung stuff.
P.S. - I have some mild coughing with mine occasionally. Actually I have been having some coughing, especially at night since around December.
