Sodium valproate may be synergistic with gabapentin, but it's also synergistic with antibiotics. No surprise you're herxing from this.

looks like parasite to me- have you used any antiparasite meds? might consider

Zithro is antiparasitic. I could use malarone, but i heard doesnt reach the brain. So would be kind of useless, unless i am wrong.

have you used ivermectin or albendazole? maybe both together?

Tried tinidazole but it gaves me full blown insomnia, guess also with the all azoles

Be careful when reducing the antibiotics. I found that sodium valproate alone was not enough to kill bartonella. It just made the bart come out of the cysts. If you start losing a lot of red blood cells that might be a sign that the bart is growing.

Bartonella is just really difficult because taking antibiotics that it's resistant to or too low a dose seems to make it more aggressive.

Bartonella likely resists antibiotics with efflux pumps. This takes energy, so the bacteria get hungry. And what's bartonella's favorite food? Red blood cells.

No sign of loosing rbc, perhaps he is feeding from blood in my brain. No way to know.

Yes my adrenals are totally messed up as well.
Sometimes the bee venom really helps with the sleep issues. Other times it will keep me up all night. It's weird.
