Is salmon lox safe for Lyme patients?

I get it from the deli because I don’t like the farm raised in super markets. I read that lox does not have parasites because the salt curing kills them, but smoked salmon (nova) could have parasites. What do you think?

mostly safe, only problem is the mercury but salmon has smaller amounts than other fish. I would take some lipoic acid along with the salmon to mop up the mercury. Thats what I do.

It is less heavily salted than lox

yes

salmon naturally has very little bacteria or parasites, also almost all of it is flash frozen which sterilizes it.

t's only bad if you have histamine issues/MCAS in which case smoked fish is one of the worst things you can eat.
