There is a lot of literature out there supporting Artemisia annua for malaria parasites (and by extension, Babesia, that is the theory, anyway).
However, it turns out that Artemisia absinthium is way way better for the job. Not only is it 64x more potent in reducing parasitemia, it also induces nitric oxide (which babesia hates) and has quercetin. For these reasons and many more (listed in the link below), Artemisia absinthium, long wrongfully tabooed, is actually much more potent and incredibly safe.

Do yourself a favor.
I've been taking Artemisia absinthium (powder form from capsules) for the past 1.5 days and the difference in my energy and togetherness is like night and day. It almost has completely eliminated night sweats, though I think I need to ramp up the dosage to get them completely gone.
And remember, love is the only permanent cure. All other medicines are steps to get you to that door.
Peace,
