Urgent: Anyone w/ Lyme/CO's been helped by Sunshine Clinic?

Hi Girlie, Thanks...If it weren't for my finding a possible cure on my own (another FB group and research online- SALT C) I would be worse off. I am working the Lyme and co-infections out of my body over time I will be completely cured - I hope. The neuropathy in my hands are just about gone and this winter will tell me a lot. If my hands are cold or not.
My issue with the clinic is they do not like to answer questions. They are very vague. The cost went from $1k to $1500 per treatment and the FB group makes it out as if you are cured in one visit. Talking with other practitioners they say no way can muscle testing accurately tell whether you have Lyme still or not. He does it so quickly too. They should set up expectations correctly letting people know you need to come back multiple times to be cured.
And really, after all the research I've done I do not believe his technique is all that comprehensive. He relies on the Laser, which they shine over your body for maybe 5 to 10 minutes per day. Then he has you take the Immunikinko modulator (mushroom supplement) during the time between appointments. This makes no sense. Because if you have Lyme you need to have it completely out of your body. 4 days is not going to do it and not with his techinique it won't. The supplements he suggests are not helpful either.
I am frustrated for wasting my money at the Sunshine Clinic in TN and for others who are being misled. Pleasse do not say someone is cured when they are not. That is not good because when the pain came back it was with avengeance. I could of been further along with what I was already doing before I went to the clinic. That is something he and his clinic will answer for. For me, I am just glad I am doing better with help from some other groups.

iamjen, I went to the clinic two times in 2018 a few months apart. I do not feel it helped me. In fairness, during my visits I had also started tapering the diazepam I had been taking to control anxiety. Withdrawals from this drug mimic many lyme symptoms but none of my symptoms have changed at all. I have also consistently had bartonella scratches and babesia petechiae during and since my visits.

I belong to their Facebook group and recently the number of people claiming dramatic results have increased and one of these claims come from a woman who has been in several of my groups for three years searching for wellness. It is all very confusing to me but I am not going back.

julala, I just got back from the clinic. He is a very compassionate man who truly wants to help. I've been to so many doctors and tried so many different modalities of treatment that I am a very skeptical person too. I am going back because 4 days are not going to cure me and I've had this since 2001. Just being realistic and I felt he cared about me but I know my feelings alone can't make this work.

He is a chiropractor who does kinesiology with muscle testing, physical adjustments and cold laser treatments. He only lasers what he finds active that day to get the right strain of bacteria. He believes one of the problems in healing is that the bacteria activates so many viruses in the body. I was told that I was overran with viruses which he chases to deactivate as they move.

I knew I had pseudomonas, lyme, bartonella and babesia microti and duncani. He found two strains of lyme, babesia microti, nematodes and pseudomonas the first day and lasered. The second day he found nematodes, pseudomonas and one strain of lyme. The third day he found bartonella henselae, two strains of lyme and relapsing fever (borrelia miyamotoi). I have tested negative for relapsing fever twice through Igenex. This may explain my symptoms every 4 days for 3 days for the last two years. My LLMD believes it is either bart or babesia.

The fourth day I had nematodes, two stains of lyme and Ehrlichia which he doesn't see often in his practice.
He explained that this is like an onion and they run, hide and pop out. He did not have the specific vial strains of Ehrlichia to test me with but hopes to get those soon in the future so I was lasered for general ehrlichia.

So I learned I may also have Relapsing Fever and Ehrlichia.

I have been taking lots of Buhner's bart, babs and neuro-lyme herbals for 9 months. I was muscle tested for those and very unhappy that I was told most of those don't work for me. They won't hurt me but that they are not really helping me. The "good" ones for me were Cryptolepis, Red Sage, Chinese Cat's Claw, Chinese Skullcap and especially Ashwagandha. I am to scared to just stop my bart herbs until my next visit. Not sure what I will do.

I was going to sleep every night at 7 p.m. and getting up at 10 p.m and then going back to bed at 11:30 p.m. and waking up at throughout the night. I was told I had adrenal problems and that he would reset my cortisol clock. After tapping, touching and pushing it was done. You literally could hear my husband's eyes roll and I was so embarrassed. Well it may be psychological but I have been going to bed around 11 p.m. and only getting up once.

I was put on Vitamin D, a B-complex, molybdenum, acetylcholine, three homeopathic tinctures, a topical essential oil for biofilm and mushroom support for immune modulation.

The Lyme Laser Center of New England has a 12 week protocol for lasering but I think it's only for lyme. There are some success stories about that place.

Still continuing my battle.
