Before all of these health issues, it was nothing for me to just lose 10 or 15 pounds or something, but now a days I find it hard to just maintain my weight or even lose a pound.
Here’s my issues
1. I can do all the right things and still just barley lose any weight at all.
2. I can go 6 days of clean eating and exercise but then get a huge setback from just 1 cheat day.
3. Getting bloated after eating only a bit.
4. Food cravings. Now this one is really annoying. Idk what it is or why I do it. I want myself to get better more then anything. I literally dream about
getting my old healthy self back, & I know eating healthy 100% of the time is a foot in the right direction. I will literally go to sleep some nights & just wake up in full on starving mode. It’s the person who just wants to get better dissaperears until my belly is full of junk food.
I would normally blame this on just bad discipline but like I said, in the past I could lose weight very easily. Something is not right & idk what it is or how to fix it.
Could it be that is just Lyme disease taking over my body causing these unhealthy habits? Is this something that just gets better on its own through Lyme treatment, or is this something that I can work on?
Another thing with Lyme disease I have noticed I always feel ran down, & starved in a way. My body constantly feels like it’s in need of some food for energy. I remember use to be able to go hours and hours without eating and be totally fine. I feel like now if I go longer then 2 hours I just burned out or something. Which is strange because I though Lyme is suppose to cause you to lose weight not gain it.
This isn’t my worst symptom, or my main concerns but it’s defiantly getting in the way of trying to get some of my biggest symptoms gone I think. Let me know what you all think and how I can fix this. Thank you.
