It's not the best tasting stuff, but it really seems to work really well! Remember, the goal of a liver/gall bladder cleanse is to produce more bile and clear toxins. So you will know when it's working when you can see an increase in bile in your stools- and I don't mean chairs! LOL!
(sorry for the bad joke!! I'm in a weird mood!)
In the morning, 30 minutes before eating any food, mix and drink:
*1 cup of fresh Orange juice with about
3 tablespoons of lemon, lime or grapefruit juice. You need the combination of citrus juices.
*1 - 2 cloves of garlic that has been chopped or put through a garlic press - don't forget to add the garlic juice!
*1 tablespoon of Olive oil
*a 'bit' of fresh ginger or ginger juice. It doesn't take much.
The instructions from my last practitioner that helped me heal from the first round of infections told me to do 2 cycles of this, each 10 days long (or until I saw good evidence that it was working) with a 3 day rest in between. So a person would do this for 10 days, stop for 3 days and then do another 10 days of it or until your stools turn a very dark green (that's the bile in the stools).
If you have any issues, stop using the liver/gall bladder flush right away.
Now that I've done this for several years, I no longer use it for more than the first 7 days and I don't have a gall bladder any longer thanks to Lyme & company. A few dandelion greens or other strong bitter greens thrown into a salad usually takes care of any issues that I may have in between the flushes.
