What is this?

I need help. No one else but you all will understand. Sorry for the repeated morning issue. I can't explain what is going on. I feel so awful. I have had morning anxiety and depression and brain fog for almost a year off and on. To different degrees. Recently I posted that maybe my heart is involved because it feel like heart ache. Like you list a loved one. ( my dad passed almond st year ago) .

No words can describe but it is all getting worse so I will try one more time.

When I start to wake a feeling comes over my body not thoughts just feeling and then I'm overcome with a feeling of sickness and stress then it turns to despair because I'm having the feeling again. I try to relax etc.

I get up with my kids and can't smile cry and feel awful and fatigued and like I can't get enough air but the air part is vague.

I'm 45 two little kids. I feel like I'm dying. On summer vacation in another state. Thought mold could be prob in other house. Took mold test. Came to new location. Prob some mold here cleaned out mold furniture etc. my test came back pos for aflatoxins... so there's that. But I just feel like this is Lyme or coinfection. Either way. I'm not treating suppose to do a bab trial but was going to wait week in half until kids started school.

my mom sees me in morning and feels so bad she can't help and I look awful. A lesser version of this lasted until noon for past four weeks... It last way longer now and never fully resolves through day.

I had ocular migraines with visual disturbance other day and my hand is falling asleep as I type this which has been happen more often lately.

Mostly I don't know what or how to describe this to anyone who can help me. You all are the only ones who might understand.

I am taking ashwaganda, holy basil and Chinese skullcap and eluthero. I was feeling about better and may have missed a day or two but...

So sorry you are dealing with this. How demoralizing. To me, this seems like the sort of thing that DNRS (limbic system retraining) might help. I also wonder if there is something you are being exposed to at night, if not mold than some other irritant, chemical, allergen, or toxin. Sometimes I feel much worse in the morning until I hydrate fully, meaning at least a liter of water (plus a lot of salt because I have POTS). I hope someone can help you get to the bottom of this very soon!

Is the feeling like a restlessness, uneasiness sensation inside? Then it triggers the despair.

I have had that and I believe "Hoagie" spoke about having a similar feeling inside before.

I always thought it was something to do with my adrenals, but that symptom was completely gone for over a year and when I recently started treating with Malarone again for Babesia I had that sensation a few times, possibly from herxing... not sure.

I understand what you mean when you say the despair comes after, because of having the sensation/symptom happen.

Are you self treating or under someones care now? I have recently heard of a functional MD in the Springfield area, may be able to help.

Also I would recommend reading the book "Toxic", lots of important information in that book.
