Looking for LLMD in Maine

I'm looking for an LLMD for my mother, who lives in Maine. She had a positive blood test for Lyme several years ago and was given the standard 2-3 weeks of antibiotics. The crippling fatigue subsided, but she continues to have significant cognitive issues. Although she's skeptical that Lyme may be the culprit (she believes her GP), she's reluctantly agreed to see an LLMD if I can find one nearby.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
