Ive been in the process of rebuilding my structural system for three years now. My pelvis has minimal or no twist now and it seems like part of my scoliosis is reversing.
I do have some minimal joint spacing, but what gave me most pain was joint misalignment from tight muscles and ropy tendons.
None of the popular herbal/plant noninflammatories helped, and I tried some expensive ones.
Different proteins didn't do anything either except collagen protein, Ancient Minerals / Dr Axe with all five types.
Also topicals: arnica montana gel, magnessium cream, DMSO, and Pentetrex.
I did massive amounts of manual tissue release/repair too (area by area) , but that's a different subject. I fixed soft tissue areas Dr said I needed surgery for.
Was this way for 30, maybe 40 years, functioned with it till about 10 years ago. Now I can do things like Ive never been able to do as an adult.
Thank you for sharing your life experience with bone/joint/tendon/ligament pain due to long term LD, astroman. I’m so happy that you’ve bounced back due to very hard work on your part! This gives me hope and a lot to think about
as I go forward and try to reverse the damage in my own body.
