Who has an infrared sauna and which one do you like?
My doctor recommended one - plus I found one that is super low EMF compared to others.

I have the Sunlighten Dome Sauna its low EMF and you lie down in it. It is a whole lot easier to stay in it that the sit up ones because heat makes me tired. Plus I am electro-sensitive and I dont feel I am getting zapped at all in it.

Cappuccinocurls, which one does your dr recommend with low emf? I hear the clearlight saunas are decent, but I'm looking for a more portable inexpensive one. Can anyone else chime in on any good ones? A lot of dr's recommend infrared sauna to sweat out mold/mycotoxins and other environmental toxins. I haven't been doing this but definitely need to start doing this consistently.

Jay - the Sunlighten Dome is portable you can put it across the back seat of the car. I have moved twice with it. Any dome style would be.

Auzzie, I'll look into this brand. Which model did you get? I'm also emf sensitive.

Mine is called the Solo Portable Sauna. Good luck - I think they are a good investment,.

I have mold issues and have to be vigilant about mold in the home and possessions being exposed to mold toxins.

Because of this, I have serious concerns about buying one of the portable saunas. If I remember right, the Sunlighten dome is still super expensive.

Unless it has a removable, machine washable cover, I would be very hesitant. The body is foam isn’t it? Can’t clean that. With the wood ones, you can at least clean the surfaces.

i used portable steam one for years. it is excellent. the whole point is to increase your temperature and sweat. that's all. u dont need to spend thousands of $$ on that

i now own a nice wood sauna with both traditional and infrared heaters. cant say it's better than the first funny steam one... it is roomier and nicer, does same thing, heats u up....
