essential oils into bloodstream - it has begun!

so my first experience which is that the oils are super super strong and super super potent - more on that later -

I posted this past week about my first experience at a DoTERRA party last Saturday. The lady passed around an essential oil blend called blue something. It was in a roll-on dispenser. She suggested rubbing it on a sore joint or the back of the neck.

I rubbed it on the back of the neck. I had noticeable effects from it soon after. Like my body tension downshifted. After the talk was over, I rubbed it on again. I felt pretty good the rest of the day.

The next 2 days, I had stiff neck and pressure pain in the back of the head. I wondered if it was a herx from those oils.

It definitely did something. There was no placebo anything about it. When I rubbed it on, I had zero expectation of feeling any effects from it other than the smell of it.

They absolutely work! If I put oregano oil on my hand or foot I get severe neuropathy in that body part very quickly and I am mostly symptom free at this point.

im continuing the essential oils via aromatherapy and it is very very strong !

i use thyme, clove, garlic oil, sandlewood, mhyrr, cinnamon bark, allspice berries, maychang, eucalyptus--> all tested for positive effects against lyme persistors and lyme

okay - so both topical and aromatherapy i like they are both strong methods to get into the body - the molecules enter the air and then enter your body i believe and so it can go througout your body

essential oils are amazingly strong so start out super slow --> and usually im fast to start out but this is no joke

they take so many plant parts or leaves to come up with this oil so each oil is extremely potent -~~~ this is some serioussss stuff

so yea - ive done quite a bit of research before using the oils ---> and im also going by how i react -

so far so good i love the oils and i want to see how the effects are long term i need to destroy lyme persisters

as far as the aromatherapy i do believe the molecules of the oil enter the air and then you can breathe them in for their effects - without any effort - do not inhale directly the fumes

so yea positive results because old symptoms of heart pain were back up meaning the oils can be affecting me deep in the tissues

this is helping a lot

first take a warm shower so the skin is more "absorbent" to the oils -- then i put a teaspoon of vegtable oil to dilute the oils and put 1 drop each of the oils i use ~~ its going well so far ~ the oils are very potent i feel them physicially and nuerologically - so very good stuff ~~ also i find im being more relaxed and motivated as well

the holy oil is myrrh, sweet cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon?), calamus (which is thought to be mistranslated, and is actually hemp CBD), cassia (red cinnamon), and olive oil.
