Was thinking of buying some ibudilast, what do you guys think?
Ibudilast works by suppressing three cell signaling molecules that promote inflammation: IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6. Ibudilast may also upregulate anti-inflammatory cell signaling molecules resulting in neuroprotective effects and reduced neuroinflammation.

Thank you for the information UnsightlyCignet!
I have not done the turmeric milk yet but I did buy turmeric a few days ago.
I've been taking it like crazy. I took like 5 grams today.
I will post my daily update in a bit, but I'm currently struggling with the fatigue.
How are you UnsightlyCignet?

Alright it's day 5, just took 125mg again.
Day 4 was interesting.
I was/am definitely herxing.
- Having body soreness.
- Legs aching.
- Collarbones aching (never had that one before, lol).
- Dizziness.
- Really thirsty all the time.
- Really hungry all the time. Although the hunger might actually be thirst, hard to tell sometimes.
- Headaches 2 or 3 times.
- Some mood fluctuation.
- Can't start or focus on work for the life of me.
The work part worries me. Thank goodness I have some time off coming up for Thanksgiving.
Overall I can still handle it, so I took my daily dose of 125mg just now.
Went for a doggy walk, which was nice.
Napped several times today.
Can't seem to stay asleep.
Sleep and naps are very weird/unrestful.
God is helping me stay strong.
Very blessed to have Him as my Father.

UnsightlyCignet I was hoping you would check in with us tonight.
Lol turning yellow hahaha.
That's good that it's already working!
I wouldn't worry much about
the smell.
I love the prayers.
I think the sweating will go away.
I've had nightmares my entire life, so I know what the vivid dreams feel like.
I had a vivid dream on the first day of DSF.
After that it stopped. (back to nightmares as always).
Stay strong friend.
I'm so excited you started.

Any of you planning on combining the DSF with MB for Bart treatment?

Unsightly signet - my son is joining you having had day 1 dose of DSF yesterday. Today he feels more tired than normal. He’s staying on his combined abx too as he’s borrelia / Bartonella
Wishing you good luck with this.

Hi guys.
Sorry for repeating myself.
But you shouldn't use methylene blue if you are on antidepressants.
They don't mix well.
Very dangerous.
