Some people are having success, others not so much.
There are facebook groups and there is a lot of information on them. However those of us on here will do the best we can to provide information about
our experiences.
I'm on week 2 and I'm definitely feeling better. Having the first of the bad herxes now but I definitely feel I'm improving.
1. You can order it online from one of numerous places:
- Reliable RX Pharmacy.com
- All Day Chemist.com
- In House Pharmacy.vu
2. The risks are that of neuropathy which can be surpassed by using enteric coated capsules. The neuropathy arises as a result of the drug dissolving in the stomache, but the capsules allow it to reach the intestines intact where no copper is created. The copper is what is causing neuropathy in most cases.
Another issue is that it elevates liver enzymes and liver function.
The risks are low for liver failure, something like 1 in 10000 for someone who's taken it for several years or so.
Remember this drug is used by alcoholics who already beat their livers up as well.
Further to that, liver enzymes typically increase in relation to killing, herbs and antibiotics can do similar things. The liver clears out all of the dead bacteria as well as anything else in our bodies that needs to be removed.
This can be mitigated by detoxing with things like L-Ornithine, Taurine, Turmeric, Alka Selzer Gold.
If anything it's like taking any other drug. Regular bloods are a good idea.
3. Depending on the dose you can probably keep on keeping on. In fact after a short time you might be well enough to do even more. Just depends on how you respond to it.
The general mantra is go low and slow. However individual tolerance comes into play here. I tolerated it well, and increased, but not ridiculously and I'm alright for now.
