What inspired your usernames?

After I got super sick in 2015, I bought a keychain in the shape of a cross that had the word Faith on it and a scripture reference. It also had the words “Walk by faith, not by sight.”

I hung it on my rearview mirror as a reminder to walk by faith and not by sight, as I tend to do. I tend to have a lot of emotional and spiritual ups and downs based on how I feel or what I perceive to be happening or what I expect to happen based on logical reasoning.

I thought if I gave myself the name Walking by Faith that it might help me actually do just that and be more stable and even keeled. I still have a long way to go.

I can relate to your list of pet peeves, especially 1-3.

The fragrance thing, especially, kills me. I experience instant and horrific pain, burning sensations, whole body inflammatory response, and feelings of rage in the worst cases. The worst cases for me usually come from perfume or cologne or scented lotion.

Now all public bathrooms either have fragrance automatic dispensers mounted high on the wall or some other type in the stalls. I can’t go anywhere without getting inflamed by mold in the building or fragrance from every source imaginable.

Essential oils have made huge strides in mainstream marketing now. I went to a DoTERRA party at my dentist’s office a while back. The rep was telling how they have partnerships with hospitals.

The doctor who diagnosed me with CIRS sold smelly soap in her office. I HATED going there. It was essential oils in the soap. The doctor knew it inflamed me, but she still kept it in her lobby for sale. My dentist diffuses oils in his office. I unplug the machine when I come in.

Just the other night, I had a sort of revelation about essential oils. I envisioned them becoming mainstream everywhere - in all products, medicines, medical treatments, and replacing (or being layered on top of) synthetic fragrances.

Then the realization hit me, that that’s NOT natural. It’s nothing but a money-making venture that is becoming hugely popular and profit producing.

Essential oils have healing and antimicrobial properties. HOWEVER, indiscriminate use will potentially cause horrible unintended consequences just like overuse of antibiotics, antimicrobials, and synthetic fragrance.

Furthermore, if God intended for us to smell scents from plants or anything else He made in high concentration like that, He would have made them that way. Exposing living things to unnaturally high concentrations of scents and antimicrobials is NOT going to be a good thing.

It’s like man is hell-bent on unwittingly (or intentionally) destroying all of God’s creation.

End of rant.

Hope you can sort something out. I've got an old Galaxy S3 which is good enough for me right now. about £50 or $65 on ebay, worth it I guess if you're stuck for cash.

If you took a bunch of pills that you weren't supposed to mix, please call 9-1-1 and get some help! I don't know what's going on in your personal life, but it's nothing so bad that you need to be overdosing on pills! We can work through this together!

Please take care of yourself. You can get through this man, for sure. Take the disulfiram down a dose because this is too high I think.

Seriously, it seems to be causing the psych issues. You were alright before the DSF and you've jumped in at 500mg. If you can manage to take it back down to maybe 250mg you might not feel so bad.

You're taking antidepressants right? Please be careful man. I hope you see this soon.

I've sent him one. I reckon he's okay, it's just he went in hard on the disulfiram which is known to do this kind of thing to people. Couple it with the living hell that is lyme disease and you get the picture.

I cannot wait for the day that the CDC scumbags are made to answer for this evil crap. It sounds strong but it really is medical murder and torture.

You have nothing for which to be sorry or apologize! You were having an especially tough day and you simply stated how you felt -- that's okay! We all have crappy days to varying degrees. The thing we care about first and foremost is that you're safe! And, thankfully, you are!

It's good to hear you're alright RainyCloud.

I feel like I'm on deaths door if I'm honest. I've barely been sleeping for more than 4 hours a night for the past 4 months.

My life is so horribly f*ing complicated. I just want to die most days. I'm really tired of this ****. The NHS is leaving me for dead, calling me insane and I'm powerless to do anything about it.

I'm quitting the disulfiram. I'm fighting off a seizure right now as I type this. I woke up from the millionth nightmare this month. I have my buhner herbs but I feel like crap and have done for months.

I hope there is a hell a very special one for the people who have lied about and covered up this illness.

I hope that God doesn't give up on me. This world is such a horrible place.

After the Wim Hof breathing exercise I have been the worst I have been in a very long time the last 2 days but I had a great insight today.

The stress in school has been insane and the last month I had a ton of brain fog. Because of this Im behind a lot in programming. Had my first session with a coach today and he was annoyed that I wanted help more with getting projects done that we need to turn in soon than actual learning.
So going to skip the last one and turn it it, one year from now instead. If I fail the big exam that feels fine too.

I have done well so far, but I have to accept that failing when feeling worse is the best option here. I also have a very intense work period between Christmas and New years eve. I only need 2 of 36 on the final big test on Basic Computer engineering so that should be doable a least 😊

Hi Girlie,

No not particularly the disulfiram, but somebody stole my phone and it set of a domino of bad events.

Then my bank account got frozen, I'm late with rent, I don't have money for food, I can't fix the situation with my bank, it's just a mess.

I just don't understand why some people hurt other people like that.
