Hi folks,

So upon my last Bicillin shot my life has been a living hell. I'm currently in the office of my LLMD being iV hydrated, yesterday I spent my day in the ER.

Treating Lyme is a risky bus for sure. I've been having attacks of graying out. Happened twice on the freeway...had to pull over. Now happens when I try to fall asleep. I'm also doing some ACC redistribution protocol with Vitamin C and ginger.

I'm backing off of charcoal for die-off. What are some other binders that work beside glutathione/NAC? Thanks!

That sounds awful. This disease is just vicious.

You could try Chlorella? It works pretty well. Also deals with heavy metals as well as die off.

Thank you...it is.

So one thing I've learned about Chlorella, is it's only fine if you don't have mercury fillings and you've completely detoxed from metals.

Otherwise you're potentially making yourself worse and moving it around your body more.

Agh my bad.

Chlorella worked for me but I've fortunately not got any fillings at all, due to swallowing so much toothpaste as a kid!

Here's a list anyway, I feel bad that I couldn't help. A lot of people talk about pectin which I just read about. I'm sure a few other users have experience with it.

Also, bicarb soda water a few times a day definitely helps. Poor mans alka selzer gold lol.

Curious as to why you are backing off charcoal? Bentonite Clay is another binder. It does bind to metals but may not be as strong as Chlorella? Hope you get through this soon!

Unsightly, no worries! Thank you though for the suggestions and the suggestion of pectin!

Christianw/Lyme- I was unclear on whether or not to use charcoal bc of that. I don't feel like it helped. But thank you for the suggestion and info! 😊

Charcoal slows down the travel of food through the gut so it can definitely feel like it's making things worse, sometimes it actually can. It causes constipation so it's not ideal.

Unsightly-thanks for the explanation. Yes, I noticed digestive sluggishness, but makes sense bc of what it's suppose to do.

JovaLyme-thanks kind sir! No, I use both herbs and abx. It was UnsightlyCygnet that suggested this Salvia herb which was really kicking some serious Bart ***, and with the Bicillin...well...landed me in the trouble I'm in now. Because of the die-off.

But, I still feel like that Salvia really made a positive difference for me for the most part. Just have to back off a little.

JovaLyme, you, UnsightlyCygnet, Girlie, Walking By Faith, Aerose91, Saraeli, Black Tara, Christianw/Lyme and so many others on this site are topping my prayer list these days.

Sometimes I have to wonder if they're being answered. Maybe in their own time & place? God/Universe is not a vending machine, so I guess.

I think what you're doing is the best you can with what you have available. It's takes so much time and yes, a kinder, gentler, restorative approach is worth trying!

I have these in my "arsenal".

For all over detox I use activated charcoal, betonite clay and fractionated pectin. If you become constipated you can use psyllium husk.

For brain issues resulting from excess ammonia I take Neuro-Antitox II.

For swelling and edema (due to MTHFR mutation) I take Japanese Knotwood.

I keep on getting the brutal panic attacks when I'm trying to fall asleep. It's absolutely horrible. It's a symptom of both bart and babesia which is not good news for me. Gonna look into herbs to treat it.

Also been getting the pharyngeal spasms too. It's so horrible, I empathise.

Cuppa- thank you! Yes, used the neuro anti-tox. Yucca also good for ammonia.
Due to metals, gonna refrain from charcoal and bentonite clay. Thanks anyway! Will try the others.

Unsightly, so Bicillin injections are working on the pharyngeal spasms. The panic attacks, I'm told by the LLMD, are from the die-off. So something is being killed off.
