Lightlife and Girlie, I've been there too!
I've been off herbals/abx for awhile and it gets confusing when you're in the midst of it, I could have used some help during that...
I know about feeling useless in a family emergency which I've let mine down and am not there for them, and having to sleep 18 hours some days to prepare for a day of chores (which I help around the house with but it drains me very fast).
Self-Care is important, epsom salt bath wash, get adequate sleep, try fasting for 18-36 hours, or take a brief break from bug-killing herbs, drink lemon water or with alka seltzer gold, peppermint tea.
And I'm only speaking from experience with some supplements that help me with clarity/anxiety/depression (pramiracetam, oxiracetam, taurine, lions mane, siberian ginseng) claritin, montelukast sodium. ( I used to take phenylpiracetam 10-20mg first thing in the morning so I would have energy and enough mental stamina to remember what all to take, but I think it made my blood pressure go up).
I hope you can muster the strength. I know it is difficult.
