Positive igg just means past exposure.

When IGG titers are exceptionally high, some doctors believe that indicates some type of reactivation or drain on the immune system.
Exceptionally high, maybe. The above results are not that high. Also, with viruses like hsv, it is said that the higher the titer it means you’ve had it for a very long time. Makes sense to me. My husbands hsv1 is very high, he has never had a cold sore since I’ve known him (30 years). He likely got it as a young child.
Hsv, hhv6,hhv8, mycoplasma, cmv, chlamydia pneum, ebv - all very common viruses. I have them all (igg) except cmv. I also had parvo.
I went down the virus rabbit hole for 6 months on antivirals. I felt slightly less tired but could have been the dozen other supps dr. H had me on. Otherwise no changes at all. Everyone is different though.
