Which infection should be treated first

My LLMD will often start with a stabilization period of treating lyme and correcting issues such as sleep, pain.. etc and then treat Babesia (and lyme) - and then finally Bartonella/persisters.

If you have other coinfections, he adds them in to the other protocols.

It's great that you know what you are dealing with now in terms of infections. Like others have mentioned, treating these infections is not just about killing bacteria. You might have parasites or mold exposure hindering your recovery, or leaky gut or gut dysbiosis, or Candida overgrowth or autoimmune issues. Many things can keep you from being able to respond to treatment, so most Lyme specialists treat the gut and make sure a person's system is working well overall either before or during antimicrobial treatment. I agree that most treat Borrelia first, followed by Bartonella or Babesia depending on which seems to be causing more symptoms. Reducing the Borrelia load that your body is dealing with can help your immune system rebound and take care of the other infections, to some degree, which is why many treat Borrelia first even if a different infection is causing the most symptoms. For example, I've always had mainly Bartonella symptoms, but all the LLMDs I have seen want to address Borrelia first, and then mycotoxin issues which can be indistinguishable from Bartonella. They all have focused on gut issues and nutrition at all times.

You have plenty of legitimate treatment options if you do not want to use antibiotic drugs, but some are able to manage pharmaceutical treatment even with gut issues, such as by using IV antibiotics or pulsing the meds (which some do regardless). Have you looked into the herbal protocols at all? The Buhner protocol is the most-discussed around here, but also look into Cowden, Byron White, and the Vital Plan products (or just the great website) by Dr. Rawls. Additionally, people bypass the gut completely with rife treatment, hyperthermia, IVIG, peptides, homeopathy, and a host of other treatments. You don't have to use antibiotic drugs if it's not a good fit for you.

My main symptoms are neurologic ( tingling, numbness, heavy legs), I do sometimes have flue like feeling, but not permanent. My mycoplasma was active a couple of times this year with dry cough.
There are so much options and my mind is exploding. I have been reading and researching this topic the last 2,5 years, but cannot decide what route to proceed. I come home from work and read books, articles, forums.. Today I have been offered by one Dr. to try disulfiram. I have asked if he can prescribe me bicillin, but he didn't want. I am afraid of trying disulfiram, esp. because I have neurological symptoms already.
