EMF help

I have been sensitive to EMF and I have looked at everything to try to help myself with it.
At one time I was reacting to all the electricity in the house, I could sense the fields around the TV and the fridge and the computer.
I was told avoidance would work best and I moved out of the house into a bungalow at the back and stopped using the computer and the telephone. It did not help. I didn't improve at all. I tried a few canopies and shields but they didn't do enough. Although there are people who swear by them.
What did work was going to a kinesiologst. Right from the start she changed things for me energetically rebalancing my system. I talked to a few on the phone before I found one who said she knew she could help. It didn't get me all the way out of it but everything improved a lot after 2 appointments. I have an earthing sheet on my bed and another on the pillow. My worst symptoms were headaches. It took a while years for it to all go but I believe it was the earthing.
I am still a bit sensitive to mobile phones and my computer.
There are a few supplements and protection pendants but they didn't do anything for me.

I know someone who is helped tremendously by an earthing sheet.

How about spending time with your feet on the ground, or spending time on the ground level of your house (no basement below)? Or turning off the wifi router (or more) at night (or more)? There are paints that protect a space as well, which cost a lot but might help.
