I'm in my 30's, my mom says I'm handsome and I spent my free time killing borrelia burgdorferi.

My favorite drug is disulfirum. I can't drink, and am always on the verge of losing my job.

It was nice of WBF to wish a happy day to everyone. I had gotten into my negative mood until I read it. Motivated me to eat lunch with one of my daughters and to get her some flowers. So thanks, WBF, and as potsnpans put it "Happy Feb. 14 to all." Unfortunately, my ex decided to start talking about a divorce on this date when it happened years ago. But today it was good because of WBF's gesture, which motivated me to make it more positive.

For me, this is a holiday about friends, kids, and family. Honestly most of the partners I've had have not been very into Valentine's Day. It's way more fun without wondering if something is romantic, sultry, cheesy, or which of those things is preferred.... You tell a kid that it's a holiday for telling people you love that you love them, and they get so unabashedly excited! I used to scoff at it as a forced, commercial holiday, but my child and her friends have taught me a lesson.
