Puberty & Child Lyme Arthritis - parents pls respond!

My daughter, 14 went through a horrible case of Lyme Arthritis last May-August. Was hospitalized and treated with heavy IV antibiotics for 8-10 weeks- which worked very well, Thank god. According to the doctors, since she had not had a period as of yet - there is a 50% chance that it will NOT become a chronic problem.
Fast forward ... she’s been in puberty for at least 2 years now- still no signs of her monthly coming. Her doctors all agree she would’ve had to have contracted the Lyme in the summer or fall prior to the Lyme arthritis. At that point she would’ve been well into the first year of puberty. I know for sure, there was a definite pause in that. My question is are there any parents who’ve gone through this as well- did the lyme slow down or stop puberty at any point for your child ? Did you seek specialized help and how long did you wait? The guidelines currently specify that if after a child turns 15, then you should consider additional testing to rule out any possible problems.

Her infectious disease doctor- who was extremely aggressive about treatment, her rheumatologist and the pediatrician, also the physicians at the children’s hospital. We live in the northeast- both my husband and I have had Lyme, we’ve also dealt with some of the debilitating effects it causes to the system sadly.
She’s currently on supplements. She’s had absolutely zero signs of active disease or co-infection. Her inflammation markers are perfect (thank god!) and have been since August after the conclusion of her treatment. She has had a growth spurt since September which should be noted- since I suspect the Lyme might have slowed that down.
