Lyme symptoms after sleep

hi all i have been very sick for allmost 4 years i never sleep afternoon becouse i get so sick and hot in my body the worrst thing is if i try to sleep and wake up i get hot and very burning chest fells like there is something with my blood flow to my hearth and alittle pressure in my chest but my hearth are fine they say
but every night i feel better 1-2 hours before i have to sleep again and then when i wake up in the morning i feel very bad but nothing like when i try to nap in the afternoon i felt asleep today for maybe 30 min and i wish i never did havent sleep in the afternoon for maybe 2 years now but nothing changed feel very hot and my chest burn with alittle pressure so if other have the same symptoms plz let me know becouse i still have hard time beliving in lyme i dont get any treatment only some samento and cumanda here and there and alot of natural treatment to strenghten my immunesystem and probiotic plz let me know if this allso is a symptom of lyme i have allmost had 20-30 different symptoms in those 4,5 years i have been sick once my blood stoped pumping but i was lucky my blood started pumping again and i get a huge pressure in head and i could hear my hearth and pulse started pumping again in my ears and i got a headedge afterwords sry my english i hope you understand

ty no its not gerd i have had gerd for allmost 20 years now its a complete different feling i get anti acid for thatand i eat the same thing and when i wake up from a nap not in the morning but after a nap i burn and get pressure in my chest but after 1 min it starts to burn and i get hot in my body and chest pressure and sometimes after nap i get 1000 needles in my hole body its so bad i dont know what to do thats why i dont nap and i allso feels like a earthquake inside but you cant see i shake but the internal shaking i had for many years but got alot worse after i got very very sick it all started with an infection in my colon but they diddent gave me antibiotic i asked them but they said no i allso got neurophaty in feets and i had alot of muscle twitch head pressure afternoon tiredness allmost passing out when standing up and hearing loss sound sensitivity hearth rasing when standing up and normal again when laying down and so many more symptoms just take to long to write

i only know that i have food allergies all wheat and dairy i cant eat and drink but i never eat and drink that and i am allergic to aspergillius mold and some other things cant remember the rest and have exocrine pancreatic insufficiency neuropathy so i have thought about the mold but my doctor say its not mold but i dont know why she know that now that i am allergic to mold and i have magnesium,serotonin and norepinephrine deficiency i have only been tested for aspergillius and am allergic to it but i have never taking a blood samle to see if i have mycotoxins collidial can help sometimes but if i take it every day i got to much stomach pain i have alot burning brain its really awfull but collidial can help remove that so a shame i cant take it every day and antibiotic can sometime help relive the burning to but sometimes if i just take one pill the burning gets better but i get so sick i allmost cant stand up from bed maybe the antibiotic have antiinflamatory effect?i allso had high epstein virus and candida but got rid of that and high load of coxsackievirus b virus i still have that i allso have sibo but cant tolerate the antibiotic and to much ecoli and histamine problems i have dao deficiency and mild inflamation in body

So sorry you are dealing with this.
I have had similar issues - I believe it is MCAS and I think Saraeli recommendations sound pretty good to me.
I had to stop taking Samento ....for me it aggravates my autoimmune issues - can you take something else like monolauren, or allicin or oregano oil - these will hit the lyme and also some of the viral issues you have and candida.
For me when I feel over heated and almost faint it is related to food I have eaten. My chest pain is heatburn and it does feel very intense. I have figured out what foods are safe for me to eat at this point so it doesn't happen these days. My sleep is better when I do not eat foods I find too hard to digest after breakfast and have nothing after 2pm.
I made improvements by taking parasite remedies parasites are very easy to pick up with lyme and together they do mess up the digestive system. Do you do a regular parasite cleanse? It made a lot of difference for me.
Can you try cutting back to a few simple foods to something like sweet potatoes onions and a bit of fish and then build on the foods each day and see how you go - my food responses are pretty immediate and the physical symptoms of a food intolerance almost never go over into the second day. So this method worked for me in identifying foods I can tolerate and the ones I cant. To be safe stay with a low-histamine, low inflammation - paleo diet to start with you may notice a bit change almost straight away. For others it takes a few weeks for the body to pick up. All this is pretty affordable and a good foundation for getting some profound changes.

I can only offer you suggestions. There are many in the lyme community with similar challenges you aren't the only one.
The first time I got hit with a mega dose of MCAS I got out of it with rifing, different herbal antibiotics, diet changes and the parasite remedy. There were still opportunities I could find by making changes. It took time and experimenting. Rifing got me the biggest breakthrough because it reduced the bug population and at the time that must have done a lot to reduce the MCAS. I got a Spooky2 and went to a rifing coach because at the time I was electrosensitive and just couldn't figure it out - her name was Maggie Munn. It was a good move it helped.
The difficulty is we are all different and it is a matter of trial and error - you have to keep on trying until something starts to work. Maybe you can look at alternatives that bypass the digestive system or are less demanding on the digestive system.
ASEA water, ozonated water and ozone home saunas, earthing, caster oil packs for pain, kinesiology, bowen therapy or some other kind of massage to stimulate acupuncture points in the body, acupuncture, IV antibiotics and IV vitamins, rifing, infra red saunas, phototherapy for D3, b12 injections, intermittant fasting,,,,are some ideas worth considering.
Reducing stress is key to it too, some are doing DNRS, and similar. Some practice meditation and mindfulness. I like Inspire3 - Zen12 it is cheap and it actually gets you into a happier more peaceful space, but no overnight cure it takes 12 months - mindfulness and meditation became something I could do after that.
Be kind to yourself and believe you are going to find a way or make one. Lyme makes you stronger than you ever thought you could ever be.

Saraeli - When I first started with the Spooky2 I had untreated lyme - I hadn't found anything I could take for it without getting very bad side effects.
There are no frequencies for MCAS as you are aware.
By reducing the bug load my allergies dropped away - not all of them but a lot.
The electrosensitivity did not go with the rife treatment it was still there. But rifing didn't make it worse at all. I did try earthing frequencies for a while but when I stopped I didn't notice any change. I started sleeping on an earthing sheet around the same time and still do. I did kinesiology for about 4 sessions before I started rifing and it was reduced the EMS but I seriously couldn't think my way out of a paper bag if I was doing anything on the computer so I was never going to work it out on my own. The rife coach gave me frequencies quite different from what you find on the databases in the Spooky2 software but it hit a lot of bugs and I got better after 3 months of herxing. The Spooky2 didn't get rid of my lyme I think it reduced it a lot and made it more manageable. I believed at the time the worst of my MCAS abated by reducing the bugs and the parasite remedy made a big difference. Everything just got better and better.
MCAS has other triggers in the body. I have a bad flare at the moment but I believe it was because I have been taking Samento. At first I felt great for about a year and I was getting much better. Then after a period of stress a bioressonance test recorded symptoms of chronic kidney failure. My doctor did follow up tests and was concerned. And my MCAS issues had ramped up. I have stopped the Samento and while it took many months the kidney issue very much better and the MCAS is slowly improving...urgh!! Not fast enough for me. But it IS better.
