I need to improve my health so I decided to write down my protocol and think about
what I need to work on.
This is based on period where I expect that I will rarely go outside because of that the Corona virus has been spreading a lot in my city. Less fresh food, no public transport to some nature places etc.
My goal because of this is a strong immune system.
Diet
Breakfast – or intermediate fasting until lunch
Two eggs, olive oil, macademia nuts. Fruit if I have.
Lunch/dinner
Cooked meal, Meat, fat, rice and vegetables. Less vegetables soon as we wont buy any food for a while. Have some frozen but not that many. I have a some different chili sauces and other things also.
Snacks.Almond butter, coconut butter. During the wekeend I eat some salted potato chip and/or white chocolate.
Supplements
Morning.. Mucuna supreme every second day.
First meal. Digestive enzymes, magnesium, fish oil, buckthorn, liposomal vitamin c, liposomal d+k, zink, liposomal glutathione sometimes.
Lunch. Digestive enzymes, NAC sometimes.
Dinner. Digestive enymes, magensium. Probiotics about
every second night.
30 min before bed. L-theanine and lemon balm. Liposomal melatonin.
Things I mix in every few days. Mix of antioxidants, b-vit, electrolytes, selenium, multi messenger, liver tablets and iodine.
Supplements for treatment
A-l complex, A-bart, oil of oregano, argentyn 23 in my nose and GI ultramax. GI ultramax is a mix of things including medicinal mushrooms and cats claw.
Detox. Burbur-pinella, parsley, milk thistle and liv 52.
Binders. Ultra binder, GI detox, Takesumi supreme.
Detox methods
IR sauna, epsom foot baths, dry skin brushing, oil pulling with coconut oil.
Other treatment
Low level laser therapy, cold showers, earthing mat, working out with dumbells and doing calisthenics, DNRS
Stress/mindullness
Yoga, meditation, muscle relaxation exercises. Spending time in sun. We take a morning walk almost every day and one of our balconies get very sunny and warm even when its quite cold outside. Cannabis during the weekend.
My biggest problems are poor sleep routines lately, emotional eating and spending to much time reading about
the corona virus.
Had my second shower today with cold, warm, cold, warm and cold. I feel a big difference to just having at coldest at the end, so will be interesting to try more with this.
Liposomal vitamin d+k arrives next week. I started with liposomal vitamin c a few days ago.
Putting away my phone 1 hour before bed and going to bed earlier is what I will focus the most on.
Will do more work with my sleep and measure it again with my oura ring.
