Just found out that my oldest sister in Stockholm have all the symptoms for Corona now As they only test the sickest they wont test for it. But she takes the subway everyday and Stockholm is where we have the most cases.
She has some underlying health problems also
I'm sorry to hear about
your sister. I pray for a speedy recovery.
I have read several reports globally of people being refused testing because their symptoms aren't severe enough. This tells me that the 3.5% fatality rate is garbage. I'm betting many many more people have been infected with it and get over it. I know my view is unpopular with many, but I think the media is blowing this thing way out of proportion.
Stay positive everyone and don't panic.
I just read this report..

The World Health Organization estimates that worldwide, annual influenza epidemics result in about 3-5 million cases of severe illness and about 250,000 to 500,000 deaths.
That's a 10% fatality rate. So this begs the question, how sick do you have to be to actually get tested for COVID-19 in some of these places?

In the U.S., officials have identified 1,215 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, in 42 states, especially in Washington state and California, as well as the District of Columbia to a lesser degree. According to the latest available CDC estimates, 36 people have died from the virus in the U.S. But, public health experts say the only reason why those numbers have not exploded is that the nation has far too few diagnostic test kits. Lagging inventory has slowed testing. That means people simply don’t have them where and when they need them.
