COVID-19

Just to add what has been happening.

Got the virus about 2 weeks ago now. I got really really sick.

Had a high fever for 8 days. Crazy headache, body aches etc.

My fever finally subsided yesterday. I still have a cough, which luckily never got terrible. For those asking CD57 questions. I haven't tested mine in a few years, but it was chronically low before.

Anyway, this thing is vary variable when you do get it, but if you get it like i got it, it's pretty terrible. Definitely no joke.

Just for some clarity.

I'm 34, Male, A+ blood type. Got diagnosed with Lyme about 4 years ago. Treated with antibiotics for about a year, about a year ago. Glad my body had a year to recover before this virus hit me. I run a lot and my lungs have always been good, so luckily i didn't get any breathing issues. I live around DC, but think i got the virus at the Irish airport right before the borders closed.

Got some bad news from my rx source today, the Indian lockdown has been extended to April 15.

According to AllDayChemist it's April 14, but I guess one day doesn't make a big difference at this point.

This really stinks.

Garion, so glad you are over the worst of it, it sounds like it was awful, hang in there.

Has anyone else heard reports or rumors that some recovered corona patients in Wuhan reported negative after recovery and then later positive? I wonder if they’re just catching it again or if this is fake news , Or in accurate testing.I guess we’ll know When Westerners start recovering more . But testing is already hard to do here.

I read a little of that in the local lime media and I chose not to read more of it. I don’t know where they got this information either ....just cross our fingers there is 100% recovery from this.

Today was my last time for a while that I went for a forest walk on the weekend.
It was fine on the way there and on trail but it was so munch people out walking on my way home.
I met 2 people that sneezed a bit before I passed and that the last guy looked very sick.
I walked as far away I could on the road but it doesnt feel safe for me.
I will go on a weekday next time, but there might be more people there then also as so many are not working now.
I was by myself but both of me girlfriend took Argentyn 23, oil of oregano and a extra dose of liposomal vitamin C when I got home.

My 2 cents.
I got Lyme (and possibly co) in 2013. I suspect I still have it. After the initial 2 weeks doxy 2x100, I went through several treatment periods in the following years ( abx and herbs) but none under doctor supervision (no Lyme doctors for chronic). I have been taking some Buhner tinctures the last year (the only thing I can easily acquire) - this is the second time after I took herbs in 2016-2017. I am not sure they work but at least things did not get worse. One interesting symptom I had during these years was eczema on the back of my right hand, varing degree, for over a year which dissapeared last summer thankfully. Now I also have high blood pressure 90/140 although I do all the right things not to have it - eating Paleo-ish, normal weight (65 kg/170 cm), exercising (maybe need more). The doctor said my air hunger and occasional chest pain can be caused by BP, there is some family history, so you can do the right things but still be predisposed and have to take pills.
So my case in the Covid-19 situation.
I got unusual pains lower than the throat (thrachea) about 14-15 Mar. I suspected drinking some cold water may have caused it (I usually never drink cold liquids, room temp or hot). From 18 Mar I started working from home just in case. And from that day I went out only on 22 Mar (to the pharmacy), 26 Mar (to get mineral water from natural well near by, in the middle of the night) and 28 Mar for groceries.
In that period I never had high body temperature, I had tingling and pain up and down the throat but never developed a proper cough, during various days off and on, chest pains on and off, air hunger which I usually have anyway in varing degrees. I would get heavy air hunger one evening with chest pain and burning and be somewhat better the next day. It is not like constant increasing of symptom's strength and then going down from a peak. All these symptoms are somewhat unusual but they also overlap to some extent with my usual ones.
So I do not know what to think. I can't just call someone to test me - I do not have a fever nor a cough, I already had difficulty breathing (although not to the extent that it would disrupt my normal functioning). If I have it for more than 2 weeks shouldn't I feel worse or better by now? I live alone.

Thanks for sharing Stanislav. Without a dry cough or fever, I'd say it's unlikely you were covid-19 positive. Did you ever lose your sense of taste or sense of smell?

You don’t always have a fever - my husband didn’t - but I would think everyone would get the cough since it attacks the lungs.

When my husband first called the nurse line - she put emphasis on the fever and said diarrhea wasn’t a symptom.

Second time (I called) several days later - the nurse said a fever isn’t always present and they’ve added gastro symptoms to the list.
