Im going to go on the record as saying taking an antibiotic only protocol for Morgellons without an antifungal regimen may lead to temporary improvement but in my humble opinion is a big mistake in the long term treatment of Morgellons.
I am also fairly certain however that some with a more formal education in medicine might disagree.
Although Clarithromycin was a God send for the lung pain and Doxy in conjunction with Fluconazole was also.
The azoles were very helpful (as well as difficult to tolerate) but you likely have one shot with each due to resistance developing from whatever survives treatment so plead to remain on them for a duration.
Yes, I took breaks when the die off was too stressful but short ones that lasted only a week and then I climbed back on again and was able to handle them better.
Itraconazole worked well the first time, but the second time around it had no noticeable effect.
The crawl sensation may not be parasites in the conventional sense but if you see any you should definitely cycle the antihelmintics according to the Klinghardt or Yu protocol.
If you do not have success treating the 'Bartonella' aspects of this illness treat for Mold/Fungus/Yeast instead.
I would add nascent iodine to the treatment as it helped my thyroid recover over time. I started very slow and worked to 20mcg daily dosing. I took a break after about 3 months. I now take a maintenance small dose 3-4 mcg with some intermittent breaks.
Plenty of milk thistle for liver support and dandelion root for kidney support. You will need it with all of the meds.
Please check for mold contamination in the home. With me it all started with a confirmed extreme and lengthy amount of spore exposure.
I am 90% recovered and with the tacking of inflammation I might say 95%. No more liesons and the crawls are kept in check by the Carnicom Protocol (which was working without the L-Carnosine oddly enough, but I added it later for good measure). So far I must stay on this protocol to remain near symptom free.
I continue to monitor progress in the only remaining way I know how and this is with a UV light checking the amount of glow in the tonsil walls and uvula (back of the throat) as well as under the tongue. Should this clear and the skin stop ejecting sand particles I think it will be safe to say then that I have completely recovered.

I'm new here so it's gonna be nice to talk to people who are going through and understand what I'm going through. I have a few questions about this morgellons disease. I started noticing this annoyance about 2 months ago. Has anyone had food jump out of there hands, food growing in there mouth (especially bread etc...) Seen a weird creature with a huge mouth and sharp teeth and it looks like it's waving at you plus a different couple creatures. The are every where I go. In the snow, sores, tables etc... Last one for now. I was at work mopping and it felt like it wanted to take over by trying tomove the mop a different way or trying to stop the mop and it could move the buff pad also. Thank you for your time.
