Band 41 represents the flagella (tail) of a spirochete.

While it’s not lyme “specific” - if you don’t have Pintas and Yaws. Relapsing Fever or periodontal Disease -(they also have the flagella) and you have symptoms of Lyme Disease -then it’s likely you do have LD.
A LLND or LLMD will clinically diagnose patients and use testing as a backup.

You can retest with Igenex or another lab that specializes in tickborne disease testing ... or take these results with you to a lyme literate Dr for an evaluation.

You call Igenex and they will send you the kit. You do need a Dr to sign the lab req. Then you get the blood drawn and send it to Igenex. (Not regular post - use FedEx or Loomis ...etc)
Do it early in the week so the kit arrives by Friday or it will sit there until Monday morning.

The lyme WB IgM and IgG costs $250 total for both.

Are you willing to go to Conneticut or Massachusetts . or New York?

I believe bart and Babs tests are more $$ than $250.

I’ve heard they are even more unreliable - ie false negatives than lyme.

You might want to wait for them - discuss with your LLMD which ones he/she would recommend.

Stephanie, Girlie is right. Wait to do more testing until you meet with SN at the Lyme Center.

She will start treatment immediately based on the symptoms and current results. She may have you get an MRI and/or SPECT scan to rule out MS or ALS, and check your CD57 levels, and other blood work. Then most likely treat clinically.

Many of us here also have high EBV titters, some say triggered by Lyme and suppressed immune system.

It is very complex to sort it all out until a good treatment plan is in placed then adjusted as need.
