Brain symtoms, right arm, lethargy, insomnia... NEED HELP

Hi it's me again..

I'm so sorry for posting so much about my symptoms on and off, but here I am yet again. Dying not knowing why.
I'm gonna add more info tommorow since it night time here but quick post to ask if anyone know what this could be.. Please bear with me for some seconds since I'm rlly dying again and just.. a lost soul..

Things did go okay for two weeks. Slept whole nights (which I never had since two years of lyme !! Well, almost three years now..) but with time my head felt quite pressured, I got dull/weakness in my heart did go see cardiplogist she did an ecg and scan everything fine. Perfectly healthy heart ! She didn't want to make a transoephagiale scan bcs there was nothing to see. With time I tought it might have been costochondritis again since I had back dull pain at the back of my heart. (On the back.) Also had quite back ''pain'' for some days like if I fell ''ill'' bit wasn't ill you know rhe weaky back sensation like a smashed potato.
The night before seeing cardiologist I didn't slept. And the night after a bit, the night then didn't slept today the same. I think after the cardiologist everything began to be worse. I guess I used to much energy and then symptoms boom ?!

Symptoms actually are :

- Some days before or while the ''heart'' issue I got weird spasmy feelings in my right thorax near shoulder, sometimes it just spasmed very much inside Also noticed that when I fatigued when I close my elblows I feel like at the elblows the veins... Beating ? Never had such a sensation before !!

- Brain feeling toxic, nerve issues, I feel many layers of my brain very strange things... Dullness, sometimes coldness, just pressured and not right. Seems like it's full of.. 'things''

- Insomnia, brain seems very toxic so I can just not sleep.

- I'm drooling very much and very sticky when my body try to ''heals'' and stop moving...

- Had (or have idk) also right side bottom back dull feeling like a round shape dullness quite similar to the one at the back of my heart.

- I am totally bedridden. All day night long. When I stay eyes awake or try to so things I use so mich so much energy.. so I close my eyes. When I close them and stop doing things. Symptoms come in layers... Which are ;

- More brain issues
- My two feets seems to ''fall asleep'' yet aren't really, also very coldness sometimes like ice, pin needles, buzzing only feets !
- Hands sometimes go buzzing too.
- Spasming or weird dull sensation in the right area thorax near the shoulder. Like spasm inside and now right arm really muscle weak or idk I can feel it especially when I love or breathe ! When I touch it's painfull... Like muscle tension ? Idk why
- Heart goes beating hard, fast, exhausted etc.
- Total lethargy, feeling of dying, or having no more energy in this body and world.
- Notice also that I have collagen issue ?? I guess. When I ''wake up'' I see all the lines of the bed on my arms, belly, legs etc. Stay quite a long time.
- Right above my head weird nerve sensation..


Anyone know what is happening to me ?
That brain feeling I once had but didn't knew why and went away somehow but after a month but somehow seems quite different now..
Never had those feet issue , neither the arm shoulder issue I'm very afraid.

Also I had strep alagitae (i think its called like that ? Tried to make it away with furadentine then stopped... Two days ago took monuril because it was burning in my bladder. I think it went away now.. but My urine is transparant. Normally mine is always quite yellow even when I drink much and lately I don't drink that much bcs or lethargy. Edit : Urine yellow again..

My guesses.. ;
- Too much brain ammonia ?
- Babesia Herx ? Idk if I have babesia but I used/tried CSA some days ago for almost a week 5/1-2/5 drops twice daily + twice or once daily artemisia but symptoms CLEARLY BEGAN BEFORE taking this ! I think... i will check to be sure tommorow !!
- Bartonella relapse ? (My myoclonic jerks somehow came back but managable, I once had a weird brain issue / attack some time ago which I relate to bartonella..)
- Is something weird in my blood or...??
- Is this 5G ??? I know they did add it in Belgium... Some weeks ago

Even when I meditate I can feel the brain inflammation.
For spiritual people out here ; My third eye began to tingle since I had that Heart pain last week. It's almost constant tingle especially when I close eyes, sometimes when I don't close it. Wonder if it's really the third eye opening, chakra flowing or something wrong with my pineal gland ??.

Thats what my protocol is ;
- Activated charcoal, freen green clay, zeolite 1x a day
- On and off when feel like it elm bark tea
- B12 IM injection went from twice a week to once a week and self injection now too.
- methylfolate
- 1drop iodine
- burburpinella, motherwort, kudzu, ashwaghandha
- vitd twice
- I took vitc ascorbate before too stopped because I tought may be the issue but idk
- Japanese knotweed began it before all the symptoms again. Took 10 drops twice a day went to 5drops twice a day, stopped it then because idk if it's that.
- omega-3 epa dha
- diazepam tapper of but didn't touch much lately
- propranolol alprazolam sulpiride once every two days tapper of but didn't touch much lately
- meda stim
- probiotics gutpro psyllium
- on and off when I feel like it borax in my water
- l ornithine 3x a day, now I take it 5times a day because of the ammonia theory.
- Took NAC stopped it
- Magnesium igennus triple complex 3x a day
- I try to sauna epsom salt bath when I can..
- I need to do colon cleanse but it's difficult in my actual state of being .... Have lot of gut issue histamine intolerance candida blahblahblah

Owy neck is a bit burning to now. I will leave ot like this because I can't write more I'm falling appart.

Yes I try to not do antibacterial anymore just detox and repairing the leaky gut wanted soon to begin destoying parasites then candida then metals then bacterial load. Idk if my body could handle attacking bacterias right now..

I feel like dying. Or should I say.. I died a whole number of times in only three days and I can't take it anymore. Please help me.

I will try to reach my llmd tommorow but idk ir she could be any help..

I tought I was on the path to be better since things did quite get smootly but now.. like ??? What's happening what the heckk ???

My diet isn't the best also I do eat quinoa, rice and gluten free oats a lot since I can't quite move. Also tons of nuts ...
Idk what to eat I would like to do a fasting but can't with those darn BENZO'S.

I want to try melatonin and cbd oil again but no idea if ir would go better or worse with benzo's and my actual state I rlly need sleep but nothing seems to help it it seems that I can't take anything because of benzo interactions. Ugh. Also can't sleep if something ''forces'' me to sleep. I'm the type of person to roll, think a lot and scratch myself often lololol. But when you need to scratch yourself and are such lethargic that you can't move an arm... It's horrible...

Sorry for this long post. I know this Forum is sp intresting. Been browsing it all day today (when I could move of course) in search for a clue .. ya'll so smart !

PS. I'm 23 yo, born female. Idk if that's maybe a thing to know since I talked about UTI.

One of my LLMD said that it's because I live a sedentary lifestyle, it makes a bit sense but I think there's more than this. Especially because I felt a bit ''better'' last time.. I did try to follow his advice and walk up and down the stairs and not just sit down..

I really do think there's brain inflammation because of the neural pain, maybe every other symptom is linked to this. But yet I can't began antibacterials again I need to first fix my leaky gut and those parasites ugh.....

I rlly hope.. Lyme sucks when you get better and then some time later die again not knowing why. Always between life and death. Really tiring.. Such a puzzle to solve always...

No, your symptoms aren't caused by a sedentary lifestyle. I would not be impressed if my LLMD said that to me.
Pre-lyme I was very active - I ran, bike rode and played tennis....and worked full time.

After lyme hit...I became sedentary....my body hurt...and I didn't want to move it.

i am slowly getting back to activity. I did yard work two days in a row, and I felt okay.

If you have mold exposure or mold toxicity, you will not likely get better until you successfully address that. If you are in a moldy environment, you will only get more toxic.

I was also thinking the jap knotweed killed some stuff. You likely have a lot of detox issues. I often feel better when I’m taking nothing. Lots of water, some lemon if you have it. It’s hard to relax and not get worked up when you’re in the thick of it. But this too shall pass.

Are you tapering off benzos? Could some of this be due to that??

@Girlie ; I live in Belgium, here are only 7 LLMD's and... Only one "good", and yet idk.. So I see that one LLMD but she makes sometimes difficult to follow her patients, and she's a bit far away, also I see a herbalist from the USA, but I think I would like to see someone from the Klinghardt Institute or that did follow his protocol, I think it's what suits me the most. Buhner herbs seems okay, but I don't think it's what I need in my actual state. Yet I try to follow the protocol from my herbalist. (Treath first parasites, leaky gut, candida etc..) But when you need to buy stuff from the USA the time it comes in Belgium, it's so annoying + HUGE SHIPPING COSTS !!

So if anyone know any good anti-parasite medication available in Europe I would love it ! My herbalist said to take Purify Para-Clean from The Life Tree, but not available in Europe and shipping too huge atm. :-;

@orbitingaround & K07 Stopped the Japanese Knotweed some days ago ! But so the JK does kill Bart too ? Hm.. darn, I react with such intense thing if it's the JK ! But I took it for many days, didn't had things and then it came like paf ! I would need to look again in my notes, but yes really I'll try definitly to stay away from antibacterials right now !

Iodine kills stuff ?? Really ?? What do you take instead for Thyroid function ? I take Meda-Stim but I don't think that's enought.

@WalkingbyFaith I don't think there's mold in our appartment, but the appartment is quite much humidity, in my room it is okay, but in the building sometimes whew ! ...

@RainyCloud I do take a mixture of Alprazolam0,125mg/Sulpiride 25mg/Propranolol 5mg I take them once every two day, been taking that mixture since almost a year and a half, I am already tappering a bit of since a month or so. Then I also take Diazepam 4.5/4mg I think. I take the Diazepam since almost 6 months. Never wanted to take them everyday....... (

Yes. I read somewhere that Bartonella causes sinusitis. I myself have had sinusitis for years, going back to high school. Mine definitely flares when I'm herxing and it goes along with all my other Bart symptoms. If you take colloidal silver YOU WILL HERX big time, so that could be causing your symptoms too. Silver destroys biofilms.

Bart also loves the nerves, and if you look at images of the trigeminal nerve it is the largest cranial nerve and branches throughout the sinuses, so the "cold" sensation and other things you're feeling could be Bart infecting the trigeminal nerve -- I definitely have this problem. I get pulsating feelings inside my head along the trigeminal nerve - the first time I took Burbur Pinella it felt like the nerve was vibrating and then had water running down it, it was very weird.

But omg, I learned something new today thank you so much ! I would never have tought that putting colloidal silver in your nose would make Bart herx ! That's insane.. Also about it destroying biofilms I didn't knew. I would only think that taken silver orally would have an effect not in the nose, but now that you mention it makes sense.

Just saw the images of the nerves, so if putting silver in nose, it will cause a herx of bart in the sinus, but since there are nerves Bart can go from one nerve to another and so it will be able to not only herx in sinus but in the brain too I guess. Idk if it makes sense. I wonder. But it is indeed something intresting. Do you take something that can allieve your sinus symptoms, I mean without herxing lol !

Yes yes ! Most common Bart symptom for me is cold feeling in my head, or like water inside. Most of the time at a specific spot. But do you know which nerve could be that cause huge nerve pain it's on the top of the head in the middle, or isn't there one ? I try to search, but just asking to see if maybe you know ! In the beginning with lyme I only had top head pain, in a round form and it did go to my hard palatal lol was rlly weird. The watery feeling is really one of the "weirdest" I've experiences.

For a while I was herxing at 4pm every single day, like clockwork. I literally did not even need a watch anymore. That was in the first few months of my treatment. And it had nothing to do with the timing of eating or taking herbs, because I varied the times.

Okay, responding to this post to say that things seem to get worse.
I do think now that after all it is a Bartonella relapse, also that it moved in my brain. Since two years I feel a constant cold feeling in the left side of my brain, once I treath bart it goes away. Sometimes I have HUGE WEIRD crisis in my head like bartonella releasing something and doom and anxiety, difficulty speaking, huge brain fog (while usually I don't really have brain fog anymore.) Well guess what, the crisis I had written above is that, and since then it moved to the right side of my brain but also middle of my brain, sometimes it's so cold in my brain I'm driving crazy..

It's been two weeks and I seem to LITERALLY DIE DAILY especially at night with symptoms. (Heart issue, brain issue, huge huge huge fatigue, coldness, numbness, tingles, pin needles, drooling, even my muscle seems SO weak, and at the end of the day my right arm just seems to give up of life lol, heavy legs, heavy everything, feeling like my veins are beating, wake up many times at night with such huge fatigue and symptoms feeling of death etc.. say them all !!) Also Bart lines on my arm re-appearing, this time also right side when it usually always was left side...

Thing is.. I don't understand because I detox regularly but it seems to do NOTHING. I think I never (currently) saw the benefits of : charcoal, zeolite, french green clay, burburpinella, l ornithine ... So hey I guess there's something wrong with my detox pathways ? Could I have MTHFR ? I mean I do inject myself weekly with B12 (because it was first issue with lyme, B12 anemia surely pernicious I think.) and take methylfolate. But maybe I need Glutathione ? Or other things ? I tried to stop the detox and only take Glutathione/NAC and see what goes on.

But it seems sometimes I can be better or do herx with sauna/epsom salt bath, but nothing that I do take orally... 🤔

Thing also I saw on Netflix the documentary ''unrest'' hell yes I do have chronic fatigue because of lyme, but with up and downs, things is sometimes (it happens when it wants) the down is so huge I just feel someone is sucked my life force out of me ! And then many symptoms. Maybe also something wrong with my mitochondria ...?

I think now it's a matter of time before it gets even WORSE !!! My LLMD seems out of reach right now..... So I'm very lost. Also broken with money haha. I have tons of antibacterial for borrelia and bartonella, should I just test this again ? But everytime I do that the ''herxes'' are unbearable... Now I do take only ONE DROP of sida acuta, that's it. (+Supplements of course)

But man... I'm so lost.. I tought I did get better and now I'm here 10 feets behind...!!!
Losing my mind. I feel I'm getting depressed too... I really can't take it anymore to DIE. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. With NOTHING that HELPS or NO SINGLE CLUE to what is going ON. T___T

And of course I'm ''Alone'' against all of this. That's hard too....

Edit : I took some DHEA, maybe there's also a link with that ?
