SOT Treatment for Lyme

Hello,
I understand the SOT treatment is the #1 treatment in Europe for Lyme and is starting to be used in the US as well. I know if a Clinic who is using this treatment and having a lot of success with it. My brother has Melanoma cancer and is in the process of starting SOT treatments for it. SOT has been used for many years for killing off cancer in the body, and is being used now for killing off lyme. Does anyone know any details on this and what the long term effectiveness is?

You mentioned pulsatille tinnitus - that was one of my symptoms and has resolved with treatment.
I think that’s better than the treatment you were talking about (opening up the veins?)

Yes the doctor in Washington DC is Jemsek Specialty Clinic. My son's friend goes there and has had very good success with them. He went to another lyme doctor for 2 years and was not getting help. That doctor actually referred him to Dr Jemsek. Is this where you go? I was very impressed with them and cannot wait to get down there and have the consultation for myself. Can you tell me a little more about your Pulsatile Tinnitus? Did it come on suddenly? Did it sound like it was coming from your head and radiated out to your ears? Supportive Oligonucleotide Technique (SOT) has shown to be a very effective cancer support technique from clinical experience over the last 9 months, 85 patients and 151 doses given as of (7.25.13). This same methodology has been used in Europe for many years now.

A similar technique called antisense has been known and used for at least 15 years. However, there are distinctive differences between antisense (as traditionally used) and SOT.

SOT is not a genetic therapy, as is most antisense treatments and no genotoxic (chemo) drugs are used. RGCC-Labs uses mRNA's to only influence certain gene expressions not to change genetic structure. RGCC-labs uses mRNA expression fingerprinting in order to identify certain gene expression patterns as targets but without influence to the genetic structure (epigenetic). Based on this analysis RGCC-Labs uses the mRNA analysis of each individuals CTC's/CSC's and occasionally from biopsies of the tumor, and generates the SOT. As of today, following extensive searches, we know of no one or other entity making this type of technique this way anywhere in the world (as of 7.21.13).

SOT has the ability to induce apoptosis (cell death) in the CTC's, CSC's (circulating cancer tumor & stem cells) and ALL primary and metastatic tumors (regardless of size, and is able to cross the blood brain barrier with ease). SOT will remain active in the blood stream for approximately 14-16 weeks (maybe longer) per dose. Because, the mRNA actually features a stealth like ability that keeps the body from recognizing and destroying it. SOT will work 24/7 and has no decreased efficacy with any concurrent technique except chemotherapy and/or radiation.

That’s interesting - I don’t recall ever seeing it mentioned on this forum - and we have members from all over the world here.

A few of our members have gone to Europe (Germany?) for hyperthermia treatment though.

Yes I go to the Jemsek clinic - for about 15 months now.
My progress had plateaued with my previous LLND.

My Pulsatile tinnitus came on in the first few months of symptom onset.

I don’t have any ringing - mine is a swooshing sound in my ears to the beat of my heart.
When I lay in bed - the ear on the pillow would have the swooshing.

I also have heard that biophoton light therapy is the number one treatment in Europe, as well as hyperthermia. smile

I'm intrigued by SOT but had not heard of it until this post. I found very little about it online that was relevant to Lyme specifically. I hope some of our European members can fill us in. Looking forward to learning more!

I found out about the SOT treatment from my brother who has Stage 4 melanoma. He is currently waiting for the SOT to come back from the UK to have it administered. While at the clinic he talked to a nurse who is very medically minded and she told my brother she is a skeptic. She has been a nurse for 30 years. She told my brother she is blown away by what the SOT is doing for lyme patients. That says pretty much for someone who is a skeptic and medically minded. I talked to a lady at the clinic to get more information. She said it is very interesting how they got into it. Around 3 years ago a man with a British accent called and asked it they do SOT for lyme. She said no. He got very angry and said why not? He said it's the #1 treatment in Europe for lyme. He hung up the phone and she was not able to get his phone number to call him back. They started inquiring about the SOT and were told that the process for lyme is too cumbersome and doctors in the US are not interested. The found a doctor that had been doing it for years and set up and appointment with him. They came away from that meeting excited about the results that he was having. They decided to give it a try, and have had a lot of good success with it. My 20 year old son has 5 co-infections of lyme and we are flying out this wednesday to get blood drawn. In 4 weeks we will go back to have the SOT administered to him. We are praying that this will be the answer to eradicating this dreadful disease. The lady told me it could take 2-3 SOT treatments till it's gone. On the other hand, it may be gone with 1. She said younger people really respond quickly to it. I will update with results in the future. I would be interested in hearing from our Europe friends on this forum as to what I am hearing is accurate. Thank you.

Thank you for the information provided so far. Does anyone know the clinics in the US offering this therapy? I have found only one called the Genesis Center in Georgia. I am still waiting on a call back from them. Bikernut, would you mind sharing how much the therapy costs? I am also wondering if it is better to fly to Europe for treatment considering cost or experience? Thank you!

Dr Sloan at The Genesis Center is one of the most knowledgable doctors in the country (In my opinion) on lyme. I bounced around from doctor to doctor until I found out about TGC. Both my son and I have gotten SOT for lyme (I got mine from a doctor in Florida, but since transitioned to TGC) and we are both doing well. SOT is the best treatment (hands down in my opinion) on lyme. It is the only treatment that I know of that eventually you can say you are lyme free. The cost for SOT at The Genesis Center is $4,000.

I looked into a place in Los Angeles and SOT is their main lyme treatment at this point. I am sure it is expensive. I don't know much about it. It's called the Holtorf Medical Group.

I will maybe start a new thread to give you all the info I can when I do it. I expect to get the draw down next week.

Earlier poster is right. It’s about $4000 plus miscellaneous Costs for the first round.

I am looking at it as an investment in my future.

Would targeting other issues like Bartonella, Babesia, EBV cost 4000$ extra each?

My daughter went to holtorf medical clinic in Georgia and this treatment was never mentioned. I’ve never heard of it but will definitely be doing some research on it.

I know someone starting SOT soon at Genesis in GA. I'll try to remember to update but I'm not much on the forum anymore.

From what I understand, you need a separate treatment for each co-infection, because the re-injected RNA sequence is specific for each type of pathogen.

However, if Lyme is the main thing holding you back from healing, eliminating just that may make your immune system strong enough to fight the rest. I was told they require a waiting period between treatments to see how you react.

If you have an acute Lyme infection, it may work quite well and simply. However my understanding of chronic disease as a whole is that it's a complete mess of factors destroying the whole body. (See Richard Horowitz's MSIDS model, or TCM "Gu Syndrome"). As such, you still need to do the work to keep your body healthy and repair any damage done to tissues and nerves, etc. NO Lyme treatment is going to be a single factor for making chronic Lyme disappear. You need to take care of total health.

There is an active SOT For Lyme group on Facebook. It contains information on the clinics/ doctors in the US offering SOT for Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella which is new as of March 2020. The Genesis Center (TGC) in Atlanta has many success stories. There are two NY LLMDs now offering SOT. The NY doctors, TGC, Holtorf in CA all use the same lab in Greece. My son and I just had labs drawn and are waiting for Bartonella SOT to return from Greece. We plan to do Babesia next. Our LLMDS are very encouraged by results. We have both been treating for two years and are hopeful that adding SOT is the answer.

Hi Bikernut.I am in Alabama and go to a LLMD in Decatur Georgia but never heard of the Genesis center.Wish I had known about this before spending $15,000 on Doctor visits ,antibiotics and supplements for a year and still having symptoms.Do you know if the cost Is $4000 for each treatment or $4000 per treatment needed?Thank you.

MarkD- I had my blood drawn for Lyme SOT 2 days ago in NY. The nurse said it takes exactly a month for the molecules to come back so you should see it sooner.

The doc said this and Disulfiram are the two most effective treatments out there now. That's what I'm seeing also.

I know there were several people here on the forum taking it - but not sure if there’s been success.
