Can someone please help me with my results?

Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Anitbody IGG 2.51 H <=0.90
Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Antibody IGM 209 <=770

TBRF Borrellia IND (Detected 1 TBRF Borrellia species-specific antibody.)

B. Duncani IFA - IGM Serum 20 =20 (May or may not indicate an active infection.)

Candida Albicans AB
IGG 1.0 H
IGA 1.5 H
IGM 0.9
Reference Range <1.0

Vitamin D 44 30-100 ng/mL

Tick-borne disease and Candida overgrowth. You're in good company. ;) Do you have an LLMD? How have your symptoms been since the sickness in March?

Yes I do have one. She said she also wants to treat me for babs based on my symptoms, since the result came back as may or may not have an active infection.

So far I’m on doxy, Malarone, diflucan, and then she wants to switch me over to nystatin. Is 300 mg of doxy strong enough or should I ask her to bump it up to 400 mg?

Some of the worst symptoms have been head related, which is why she’s thinking I have an active infection of babs.

How long have you been on that regimen? How are you feeling so far?

Just started about a week and a half ago. It’s a bit overwhelming but feeling a little better.

Do you think 300 mg of doxy is enough it should I take 400 mg/day?

From what I've read - the more commonly prescribed dose of doxy for lyme and co's is 200 mg twice daily.

If you're combining the doxy with another antibiotic....it may be enough at 300 mg.

She wants to add Zithromax but not until I’m off the diflucan because of potential side effects.

I think they both have the LONG QT risk .
