"exposing" yourself to a mask ...
Your basic flimsy medical mask used for covid or other basic medical procedures (vs an actual respirator)is not much different than minor altitude or temperature change, most dont even do that. The average person is not jogging or digging ground while wearing these. The worst effect I notice is masks can fog glasses, in which I use anti-fog to remedy that.
An actual rubber respirator with cartridges (different versions of those as well) can be noticeable and comparable to medium elevations in Colorado. If you exerted yourself it would be similar to higher Colorado elevations. You just exert less to deal with it. But people generally dont use these for covid, its over kill.
Science and Physics vs hype = ***All the articles in the world dont mean a thing (nothing at all) unless they technically show a difference in mask air flow rate. As stated, masks are not the same, have different flow rates, so any article grouping them all together is not accurate.***
On the contrary, in ambient sub Zero Fahrenheit air, masks can actually prevent lung issues.
If I tighten my clothing belt it might be difficult to breath when bent over. So dont tighten it that much. Too incredibly simple. But some could say belts are hazardous to your health.
