Genes can to this too. Most here have multiple reasons for their issues. Also, Natural b6 and synthetic b6 are not equal.

Prob different for different people, just like synthetic thyroid med vs pig thyroid. Some body's just know. My LLMD mentioned this and own experimentation showed me this. Ive had many B6 tests in the past after suppliment changes.
Not all synthetic b6 is the same either, which is why "Mito" B6 vitamins are a little different. These are also marketed to people with certain genes affecting b6. As stated earlier, the better ones lowered my level, but still not below the limit. Cheap B6 vits though.....I sky-rocketed from them (450)....3-4 years ago or so.
I was going to test again , but covid put the breaks on that for now.
