The Phelix Phage method seems to take it even one step further, which is good. No one had ever detected Borrelia type with relapsing fever, so may be on right path.
This is the first time I have really felt confident in the doctors I have used over the years. Just hearing from others with so much experience helps.
WBF - How are your mold issues now? Garzie - what is your current situation with Lyme and Girlie, are you still working?
Re: work. I don't recall if I updated after I retrained in the staff scheduling dept.
I was retraining - starting with 4 hour shifts three days a week...and then after a few weeks, went to 4 1/2 hours...
I had approximately 3 or 4 (not sure without checking my calendar) weeks of part days training. The training was done remotely via Skype. I felt that it lacked some...compared to being in the same office.
Then I was put into the 5:00 a.m. 'hot seat' to go live. It didn't go well. Toggling between three computer screens back an forth and under a time crunch....was difficult.
The manager called me in and asked me how I though I was doing. (I knew the trainer had already said something because she was in the Manager's office prior to me being called in.) I stated that I needed a few more training sessions. She then stated: "We have people walking in off the street who are ready to go after 3 days"
That is total b---sh--. I knew that...but I still felt defensive. I got up and told her I was going home.
Then I contacted my union...and they wanted to talk to her and do an accommodation...but I said 'no' to that - and I wasn't going to work with her. An accommodation means you work with Occ Health and they come up with a suitable schedule/plan...that caters to you abilities/ or lack of.
(She obviously had it in for me...as she had fired me when I was off sick due to lyme..and my union fought to get me back.- that was about
6 months previous to this.
I have since posted into a Food Services job - in a Long term Care home. I am a cook's helper. I do a lot of dishes..lol..and some food prep. This is a posted position. It's something like .44 (with 1.0 being full time)
My shifts are 5 hours long. It averages about
3 days per week.
I've also put in for some other clerical positions.
