LLMD in or near PA

Hey I'm looking for an outstanding LLMD in or near Pennsylvania.
I want someone that will really try to cure the illness or get me as well as possible instead of just treating symptoms.

Most of my problems are neurological. My current doc diagnosed me with PANDAS and has me on mirtazapine and seroquel for that. I cannot go to sleep without a combination of mirtazapine, seroquel and ativan. Literally will not sleep. Energy levels are low, lost interest in a lot of things including sex even. Realized I was depressed which the mirtazapine helps with.

Currently also taking Banderol and Samento tinctures every morning, which without I become extremely dizzy and fatigued. Lots of brain fog.

I've done many months of oral antibiotics in the past, and three months of intravenous. After not taking any for about a year I'm on doxy for a month right now to see if it will help. (I get flares in July/August like clockwork.)

I've taken fluconazole and another anti fungal in the past which has helped, making me wonder if I have a mold problem as well.

I need someone well versed in all of this. I'm willing to drive far enough if the doctor is worth it!!

Don’t know anyone in philly, but pretty sure MCS is usually mold related. Should read the book Toxic by Neil Nathan and find someone who can run a real time labs or great plains mycotoxin test. Any mold in the home?
