Interesting. Thanks for the info. Can you tolerate any grains at all? I think I have a problem with them, including GF oats such as yourself.
Oats did test as cautionary (yellow vs green or red) on my MRT test, but I think its the FODMAP part of oats that I can actually feel 15 min later.
Corn also tested red for me like wheat on the MRT. I ate typical US food which means only a few grains to begin with - the common ones. So besides wheat, corn and oats the only other grains I consumed (and still do easily) is white or brown rice. Northern US wild rice (a local favorite) is not the best on my gut even though though its 100% orgainic from lakes and its way different than brown or white rice.
I'll look at my test again since there were other gains there that I dont normally consume. But others do have glutan in them to like barley, rye and maybe hops- G/F beer doesnt have those either.
Quiona I can eat.
I can't think of any other grains in US food or grocery store. Im sure people who bake know some uncommon ones.
What Leap/MRT needs to do is separate testing of organic grains and insecticide grown grains to find out whats going on with the people who test "Red" on those. Is it the grain or..........Roundup on it thats making cytokine release?
