I'm taking rhodolia, ashwaganda, lions mane, kudzu, cordyceps, Chinese skullcap, sida acuta, houttyiana, red root, hawthorne and Japanese knotweed. Also taking vitamin c, quercetin, green tea extract, b complex, milk thistle, lutein, bilberry and oregano oil. I also added cinnamon (herb pharm) because of the recent reports on it and Bartonella. Also, vitamin d, magnesium and larginine. I had low vitamin d which triggered all of this into me finding out that I had Bartonella and tbrf. From what I'm told tbrf is very similar to Lyme. I initially thought I had Lyme and was doing a protocol for that until I was formally diagnosed.
I noticed a huge difference when I added oregano oil to the protocol and Chinese skullcap.
It also took me a while to get in the full Bartonella protocol because I was on just doxycycline but that obviously didn't do much. I started the buhner protocol during my last month of the doxycycline. For whatever reason it was easier for my stomach to handle the entire protocol when I was on the doxycycline. I tried getting on the full protocol before then but I had extremely bad pain in my stomach.
do U take pill form for the vitamin c, quercetin, green tea extract, b complex, milk thistle, lutein, bilberry ? I feel I'm taking way too many pills and get filled up with pills and water taking my appetite to eat away it sucks. Wt type of oregano oil? I ordered one I'm pretty sure it was for aromatherapy as it said external use only so that did not work out good. 1 drop was way too spicy and bitter thought I was gonna choke and die.i was doing lyme protocol as well because I didn't know I had tbrf as well and it didnt seem to make much difference.
